钙通道阻滞剂钙通道阻滞剂calcium channel blockers  又称“钙拮抗剂”、“慢通道阻滞剂”。指能选择性的阻滞细胞膜上的钙通道,减少Ca2+经钙通道内流的一类药物。主要有二氢吡啶类(如硝苯吡啶、尼莫地平)苯烷胺类(如维拉帕米)和硫氮■类(如硫氮■酮)等。在钙通道蛋白上有此三类药物的高亲和力结合位点。具有扩张血管、降低血压、减弱心肌收缩力和抑制血小板聚集等作用。主要用于治疗冠心病、高血压病、室上性心动过速、脑血管疾病等。不同药物对不同部位组织有相对选择性,如硝苯吡啶扩张冠状血管作用比较显著,而尼莫地平扩张脑血管作用较强。
