蛋白C蛋白Cprotein C 一分子量为5.6万的蛋白酶原。血液凝固时,活化的凝血酶能使其活化。当凝血酶以高亲和力结合在血管内皮细胞表示的特殊受体调凝蛋白上时,则能加强凝血酶的蛋白C的作用,使其迅速被水解而活化成活性蛋白C。此活性蛋白C能进一步水解因子Ⅴa及Ⅷa而使其丧失活性,从而起到抗凝作用。
