糠醛糠醛furfural呋喃2位上的氢原子被醛基取代的衍生物。分子式C5H4O2。又称2-呋喃甲醛。糠醛是呋喃环系最重要的衍生物,是一个重要的由农副产品中制得的产品。无色液体,具有与苯甲醛类似的气味。熔点-38.7℃,沸点161.7℃,相对密度1.1594(20/4℃)。在空气中容易变黑。在20℃可形成8.3%的水溶液,溶于乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂。糠醛经氧化生成2-呋喃甲酸;经还原生成呋喃甲醇。糠醛与芳香醛的性质类似,在氰化钾的催化下,发生安息香缩合反应。糠醛由农副产品中所含聚戊糖裂解后脱水而得。糠醛是制备多种药物和工业产品的原料。由糠醛制得的1,6-己二胺〔H2N-(CH2)6-NH2〕,为制取尼龙66的原料。由糠醛制得的呋喃经电解还原,还可制成丁二醛,后者为生产药物阿托品的原料。许多糠醛的衍生物具有很强的杀菌能力。糠醛主要用作溶剂,它可有选择性地从石油、植物油中萃取其中的不饱和组分,也可从润滑油和柴油中萃取其中的芳香组分。糠醛可代替甲醛与苯酚缩合,制造酚醛树脂。
