分馏分子式:CAS号:性质:又称分馏。蒸馏方法的一种。在一个设备内同时进行多次部分汽化和部分冷凝以分离液体混合物中的组分。操作时,将由精馏塔顶凝缩而得的液体的一部分,由塔顶回流入塔内,使与从蒸馏釜连续上升的蒸气密切接触。可得到与重复简单蒸馏若干次相当的效果,从而提高各组分的分离程度。通常可将液体混合物分离为塔顶产品(馏出液)和塔底产品(蒸馏釜残液)两个部分,也可分离成两个以上部分。精馏根据操作方法可分为:(1)连续精馏。原料液不断地送入连续式的精馏塔内,馏出液和残液不断地排出。主要用于大量生产,并同时可得到几种馏出液;(2)间歇精馏。原料液送入间歇式的精馏塔后,精馏进行到蒸馏釜中液体达到指定的组分时为止,排出后再送入新的原料液而重新开始蒸馏。用于处理数量不大的液体混合物,或对产品进行提纯,或在连续精馏前将液体混合物进行粗馏。精馏一般在常压下进行,但也可在高于或低于大气压的压强下进行。当混合液在常压下是气态时,可用高压蒸馏。当分离高沸点的混合液时,可用减压粗馏。精馏广泛应用于石油、化学、冶金等工业。例如可用于提取石油产品如石油醚、汽油、煤油等。又可用于分离或提纯金属及其化合物,如钽、铌的氯化物的分离;粗锌中铅、镉等杂质的除去;以及锗、硅的氯化物的提纯等。
