连续再生重整分子式:CAS号:性质:采用连续再生催化剂的催化重整过程。加工流程中采用三个叠在一起(或并列)的重整反应器,催化剂移动为串联,原料油与催化剂并流,进每台反应器之前都经加热炉加热。由最后反应器出来的催化剂进入再生提升系统。再生后返回第一反应器。这类催化重整由于催化剂活性能保持在接近新鲜催化剂的水平,操作压力可低至0.3~0.7MPa,芳烃转化率可达芳潜的150%~170%。由于转化率高,即使装置的投资高,仍被大量采用,特别适用于处理能力较大的装置。所用催化剂为小球状双金属或多金属重整催化剂,可根据原料油性质选择。
