辅助蒸汽系统辅助蒸汽系统auxiliary steam system  fuZhu zhengq.xltong辅助燕汽系统(auxiliary steam system)火力发电厂主要汽水循环以外,与锅炉和汽轮机及其辅助设备起动、停机和正常运行有关的加热和保护用汽的供汽系统,亦称厂用燕汽系统.供汽对象主要是:除氧器、锅炉暇风器、汽轮机汽缸夹层和法兰螺栓等设备的起动加热;汽轮机轴封系统的密封,燃油设施的加热、吹扫以及燃油喷嘴的雾化;嫩煤解冻,煤粉制备系统消防;礴天锅炉的仪表防冻;锅炉、除氧器等设备短期停用时的养护;机组甩负荷时除氧器的加热备用;厂房采暖、通风,静电除尘器灰斗加热和自然循环锅筒锅炉下联箱的起动加热用汽等。辅助燕汽系统是火电厂起动和安全生产必须的子系统。 辅助蒸汽系统的容量决定于机组起动时的用汽量。其中除氧器、锅炉暖风器、嫩油设施起动加热和电厂冬季采暖等用汽量较大。机组起动时,应适当分散安排有关设备的用汽时间,避免蒸汽负荷过分集中。 辅助蒸汽系统的汽源多取自压力相近的汽轮机抽汽。在供汽参数能满足要求的条件下,尽量采用较低压力的抽汽,以提高燕汽利用的经济性。 为满足新建电厂机组初次起动的需要,需设里起动锅炉作为辅助蒸汽系统的汽源。起动锅炉的容量可按机组起动时必需的蒸汽量确定,在严寒地区,起动锅炉可与施工用汽锅炉结合考虑,锅炉以嫩煤为宜。根据电厂的具体条件亦可采用燃油锅炉。 辅助蒸汽系统涉及的供汽范围较广,项目繁多,各种设备要求的蒸汽参数和系统连接方式亦不尽相同,故设计时需全面规划,满足机组各种运行工况时的需要,使供、需蒸汽量平衡,蒸汽参数满足要求,系统简单,操作方便,有利于自动控制,并注惫疏水的回收。
