保压时间之概念保压时间的设定是为控制保压产生作用的时间,保压时间设定不足将使产品发生尺寸、重量不安定。但保压时间设定太长,又会影响成形效率。适当的保压时间是维持到浇口凝固的时间即可,同时保压大小与保压时间的适当配合,可使程序式保压控制发挥最大效用。 保压系为了射出终了时密封注道及因体积收缩的补偿,因此保压必须高于内部残留的压力。 保压时间设定如果在最大有效保压时间之前停止,亦 即保压时间过短,则可能产生下列之结果:1.凹陷;2.气泡;3.重量不足;4.尺寸较小;5.由于熔胶之回流产生内部配向。;6.更高的翘曲,尤其在半结晶性的材料;7.更大尺寸波动;8.收缩率增加设定有效的。 保压时间至少须到注道固化,一般约为冷 却时间的30%即够。
