回转压缩机 靠转子在气缸内的回转运动改变工作容积来压缩和输送气体的压缩机。排气压力低于 0.2兆帕的回转压缩机称为鼓风机。图为回转压缩机的各种典型结构。 根据起压缩作用的转子轴数,回转压缩机分为单轴和多轴两类。属于单轴的有滑片压缩机和液环压缩机等;多轴回转压缩机以双轴为主,如螺杆压缩机、罗茨鼓风机和叶氏鼓风机。 回转压缩机一般具有下列优点: ①没有往复运动机构,气缸分成若干较小的工作容积并依次工作,主轴转速较高,故机器外形尺寸小,振动小,排气较均匀; ②气缸工作容积的位置是移动的,不需气阀,结构简单; ③因没有气阀,可在被压缩气体中注入液滴,在压缩过程中起冷却作用,降低压缩终了温度和压缩机耗用功率; ④某些回转压缩机组成工作容积的各个壁面相互不直接接触,可以不用油润滑,因而气体不受污染,如罗茨鼓风机、螺杆压缩机等。 回转压缩机的缺点是噪声较大:机器有形状不规则的、长度较大的密封边缘,一般只能靠较高的制造精度来保证密封,因而所能达到的压力受密封效果的限制,多级串联回转压缩机排气压力不超过4.2兆帕。 参考书目 邓定国、束鹏程主编:《回转式压缩机》,机械工业出版社,北京,1982。
