催化裂化装置分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:催化裂化装置一般由反应、再生部分以及分馏和吸收稳定部分组成。原料油经加热到400℃左右,进入反应器,与来自再生器的高温催化剂(560~600℃)相遇,迅速气化,并发生反应。催化剂在进行反应时,经很短时间就会因表面结焦而降低或丧失催化作用。这时必须停止反应,转而用空气烧去焦炭以恢复催化剂的作用(再生)。在工业生产中催化剂不断进行反应和再生,根据反应和再生方式不同,产生不同工艺流程,使用最多的是流化催裂化工艺。流化催化裂化采用的催化剂是粉状或微示状,直径为20~100微米。反应和再生分别在两个容器中进行。催化剂靠原料油气或其他气体(空气或蒸汽)携带呈流化状态循环于两器间。按反应器和再生器布置的相对位置的不同可分为两大类:(1)反应器和再生器分开布置的并列式。(2)反应器和再生器架叠在一起的同轴式。流化催化裂化设备操作方便、处理能力大。反应后的产物自反应器顶部排出,进入分馏塔,分离为催化裂化富气、粗汽油、柴油、回炼油及油浆。催化裂化富气在吸收-稳定系统进一步分离出液化气和干气。
