管式炉热裂解分子式:CAS号:性质:将管式反应器置于加热炉中,不断用燃料燃烧加热反应器外壁,通过问壁传热,将热量传递给管内反应物料进行裂解的一种方法。裂解在水蒸气稀释剂存在下进行。由于不可避免地有二次反应发生,焦沉积于反应管内壁上,因此对原料有一定限制,一般只能用轻烃、石脑油、轻柴油,而不能直接用渣油等重油作为裂解原料。管式裂解炉构型很多,反应管材质为耐高温(1100℃以上)的合金钢,可用液体或气体燃料燃烧供热。此种方法操作简单、连续性好,技术成熟、便于高温热量回收,生产能力大,烯烃收率高,是当今石油烃裂解制乙烯、丙烯的最主要方法。
