碱吸收法除硫化氢分子式:CAS号:性质:(1)碳酸钠吸收法:含硫化氢的气体与碳酸钠溶液在吸收塔内进行逆流接触,反应生成碳酸氢钠和硫氢化钠。吸收液送至再生塔,在减压条件下用蒸汽加热再生。从塔顶放出的气体中硫化氢浓度可达80%以上,用于制造硫黄或硫酸。塔底得到的碳酸钠溶液循环使用。此法流程简单,药剂便宜,适用于处理硫化氢含量高的气体。缺点是脱硫效率不高,一般为80%~90%,动力消耗也较大。(2)改良氨水吸收法:氨水直接吸收硫化氢,脱硫效率不高,且不能直接回收硫磺。但若在氨水中加入对苯二酚等催化剂,则硫化氢或反应生成物硫氢化铵在催化剂作用下能被氧化成元素硫,氨水又可得到再生。此法又称氨水液相催化法,其流程简单,目前我国小合成氨厂广泛用于半水煤气脱硫,也可用于硫化氢废气的处理,脱硫效率可达99%。(3)氢氧化钠吸收法:此法主要用于处理硫化氢含量低的废气,得到的副产物为硫化钠或硫氢化钠。
