传感器如何进行无源校准及两点特别说明a)首先读出变送器内部设置的4mA压力值和20mA压力值,看是否与实际的4mA压力值和20mA压力值相一致,若一致,则直接更改4mA压力值和20mA压力值到量程迁移后的压力值即可。 b)如果变送器内部设置的4mA压力值和20mA压力值,与实际的4mA压力值和20mA压力值不一致,可先把实际的4mA压力值和20mA压力值折算到变送器内部设置的4mA压力值和20mA压力值,再折算量程迁移后的压力值,将折算值更改到4mA压力值和20mA压力值便可。例如:假设一台变送器量程为-10bar-50bar,想将量程迁移到10bar-40bar,读出变送器内部设置的4mA 压力值和20mA压力假设为0-10Kpa,进行如下折算:-10bar 和0相对应,50bar和10Kpa相对应,通过计算,可以计算出折算方程为:P折=P实/6+10/6('P折'为折算后的压力值,'P实'为实际压力值),由此方程可计算出折算后4mA压力值应为:10/6+10/6=3.333KPa,折算后20mA的压力值应为:40/6+10/6=8.333KPa, 于是可以通过组态软件将变送器内部的4mA压力值设置为3.333,将20mA压力值设置为8.333便可。 特别说明: 1)量程迁移只能在原量程范围内迁移,若迁移超出原量程范围,则变送器的线性度变会变差。 2)进行无源校准时,量程迁移不可过大,迁移比最好不要大于3:1,过大会造成变送器输出不稳定,而且分辨率较低。大迁移比量程迁移在要先进行增益设置,再进行输入压力校准。
