盐雾试验分子式：CAS号：性质：用途最广泛的加速腐蚀试验。在恒温、恒湿、能自动喷雾的密封箱内进行。根据盐雾试验所用的溶液组分不同，可分为中性盐雾试验(含NaCl)，醋酸盐雾试验(中性盐雾试验溶液中添加冰醋酸)和铜盐加速醋酸盐雾试验(醋酸盐雾试验溶液中加氯化铜)。这些试验常用于考核钢铁件上镀锌钝化膜、铝及其合金阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性以及钢铁件上多层镀铜/镍/铬的防护性能。盐雾试验箱模拟沿海地区大气中盐雾对涂层的强烈腐蚀作用。盐雾的产生是通过喷嘴用空气把3％～5％的氯化钠盐水喷成雾状，采用连续喷雾或间歇喷雾。箱内温度保持在35℃(或40℃)。要尽量使箱内湿度及喷雾量均匀。
