1.The results showed that the tubes had suffered the high temperature oxidative and sulphide corrosion for the operation temperature being higher than the suitable, though reheating tubes were made by Cr5Mo steel which has good anticorrosion and mechanism performance.应用扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析以及X射线衍射仪对焦化加热炉炉管的高温腐蚀形貌,腐蚀物成分以及物相进行了分析,结果表明,尽管加热炉管用材是抗腐蚀性能和高温机械性能均良好的Cr5Mo钢,但由于炉膛操作温度过高,且燃料中含硫,炉管不但发生高温氧化腐蚀,还发生硫化腐蚀,使破坏加速,最终导致炉管失效。

高温硫腐蚀分子式：CAS号：性质：即硫化。在高温含硫气氛中金属与硫反应生成金属硫化物而导致的腐蚀过程。由于金属表面形成的硫化物膜中通常含有很多缺陷，不够致密，附着性差，对基体金属的保护效果较差，所以金属的高温硫化速度一般显著高于其高温氧化速度。
