动力机械:水冷壁敷设在锅炉炉膛内壁﹑由许多并联管子组成的蒸发受热面。水冷壁的作用是吸收炉膛中高温火焰或烟气的辐射热量﹐在管内产生蒸汽或热水﹐并降低炉墙温度﹐保护炉墙。在大容量锅炉中﹐炉内火焰温度很高﹐热辐射的强度很大。锅炉中有40~50%甚至更多的热量由水冷壁所吸收。除少数小容量锅炉外﹐现代的水管锅炉均以水冷壁作为锅炉中最主要的蒸发受热面。水冷壁按结构分为光管式和膜式两种。光管式水冷壁 由一般的锅炉钢管组成(图1 光管式水冷壁 )。管子排列越密对炉墙保护效果越好。炉墙广泛采用轻质耐火材料和保温材料。这些材料可以砌成炉墙﹐也可敷设在水冷壁上成为敷管式炉墙以便于安装。 膜式水冷壁 将鳍片管(或扁钢与光管)相互焊接在一起组成的整块管屏(图2 膜式水冷壁 )。它的优点是气密性好﹔管屏外侧仅需敷以较薄的保温材料﹐炉膛高温烟气与炉墙不直接接触﹐有利于防止结渣﹔管屏可在制造厂成片预制﹐便于工地安装。 水冷壁材料 一般用碳素钢。锅炉压力在14兆帕以上时也有部分用合金钢的。管子外径﹕自然循环锅炉一般用51~83毫米﹔多次强制循环锅炉和直流锅炉一般用22~60毫米。直流锅炉的水冷壁不像自然循环锅炉那样一定是直立式的﹐也可以是水平围绕或其它形式的。参数高时﹐尤其在直流锅炉中﹐为了在炉膛高热负荷区防止传热恶化﹐常采用内螺纹管或在管内装设扰流子(图3 内螺纹管和管内装扰流子 )。
