热安定性热安定性heat stability re，and一ngxrng热安定性(heat Stability)钢及合金在高温条件下能持久使用而不形成氧化皮或不受介质侵蚀的性能。满足这方面性能要求的钢称为热安定钢，或称高温不起皮钢，是耐热钢的一种。热安定钢是制造高温工件的重要材料，它能保证工件在高温下不被氧化而稳定地工作。这种钢之所以不被氧化。是因为它们在高温下受到氧化时，钢的表面形成一层非常致密而且稳定的薄的氧化膜，从而阻止了氧的渗透扩散和钢表面继续氧化。这层氧化膜实际上起着防护作用，使钢具有热安定性或抗氧化性。影响热安定性的因素有两个:一是能否形成致密的氧化膜;另一是能否使“氧化层一金属”界面上的扩散难于进行。铁的氧化在560C以上会加剧，这是由于氧化膜中出现FeO。氧化膜有Fe203、Fe3O4及FeO，由于FeO巾空位较多，氧原子易于向内扩散与铁离子结合，因此氧化加剧。为了提高铁的抗氧化性能，防止 FeO出现，最好形成含有合金兀素的结构致密并与钢牢固结合的氧化膜。Fe中加入Cr、AI、Si能提高FeO出现的温度。当含有比较高的Cr、AI、Si时，Feo的出现温度提高到800一12。。C。当钢中含有这些元素时，可形成合金氧化膜，如CrZO3、A12O3或FeO·CrZO:、FeO·A12O3、Fe:510、等，这些合金氧化膜具有良好的保护作用。 (李更云)
