锚泊设备 供船舶抛锚停泊用的设备,包括锚、锚链等锚具和锚的收放设备。 锚在抛入水中后能啮入底土产生抓力,通过锚链而使船停泊在某一水域。锚的种类很多,目前使用最广的为无杆锚。 锚链是连接锚和船体的链条,由许多个链环连接而成,大小以链径表示。根据链环中间有无撑档,分有档锚链和无档锚链。锚链可用锻造、铸造和焊接等法制成。大链径锚链过去都是铸造的,近年已逐渐改用焊接制造。船用锚链由若干"节"组成,每节长25.0~27.5米,节与节之间用连接链环或连接卸扣相连。不用锚时,锚链贮存在船首部的锚链舱中。锚和锚链的规格按照船舶建造规范计算确定。 其他锚具有:穿连甲板和外板、供锚链通过的锚链筒,抛锚后将锚链止住、以免起锚机受力的止链器等。 锚的收放设备主要有起锚机和起锚绞盘,安装在船头甲板上。它由链轮、绞缆滚筒、离合器、减速箱和驱动电机等组成。新型船有用液压驱动代替电机驱动的。
