常减压蒸馏装置分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:常减压蒸馏装置通常包括三部分:(1)原油预处理。采用加入化学物质和高压电场联合作用下的电化学法除去原油中混杂的水和盐类。(2)常压蒸馏。原油在加热炉内被加热至370℃左右,送入常压蒸馏塔在常压(1大气压)下蒸馏出沸点较低的汽油和柴油馏分,残油是常压重油。(3)减压蒸馏。常压重油再经加热炉被加热至410℃左右,进入减压蒸馏塔在约8.799千帕(60毫米汞柱)绝压下蒸馏,馏出裂化原料的润滑油原料,残油为减压渣油。参见原油蒸馏。
