延迟焦化装置分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:一种石油焦化的工业生产装置。渣油首先在加热炉内加热,达到约500℃的高温,然后送入焦碳塔进行焦化反应,使得原料油的结焦过程不在炉内而延迟到塔内发生。这样就避免了炉管内大量结焦,延长了装置运转周期。这种焦化方式叫延迟焦化。一套延迟焦化装置通常有2-4个焦碳塔切换使用。当一个塔中焦碳积存到塔高的2/3左右时,进行切换,以保证装置的连续运转。通常每个塔的切换周期为48小时。在焦碳塔中生成的焦碳十分坚实,一般使用特制水力切割器,以1.2兆帕(120大气压)高速度、高冲击力的高压水把焦碳从塔内除去。高压水是由高压多级离心泵供给的。参见延迟焦化。
