溶剂脱蜡  石油产品精制的一种重要方法,将润滑油原料通过溶剂稀释和冷冻,使其中的蜡结晶析出,从而降低润滑油凝固点的过程。工业上将含蜡原油通过原油蒸馏所得到的润滑油馏分,经过溶剂精制、溶剂脱蜡和加氢精制(或白土精制),可制成润滑油(基础油)和石蜡;若以原油蒸馏的减压渣油为原料通过溶剂脱沥青、溶剂精制、溶剂脱蜡和加氢精制(或白土精制)过程,可以制成润滑油(基础油)和地蜡(见石油蜡)。    过程原理  由石蜡基和中间基原油(见原油评价)蒸馏得到的润滑油原料中都含有蜡。这些蜡的存在会影响润滑油的低温流动性能。由于蜡的沸点与润滑油馏分相近,不能用蒸馏的方法进行分离,但蜡的凝固点较高,逐渐降低温度,蜡就从润滑油中结晶析出?佣赏ü嘶蚶胄姆掷氲姆椒ń胗头掷搿T诘臀绿跫拢蠡偷恼扯群艽螅傻睦峋感。构嘶蚶胄姆掷牒芾选R虼耍杓尤胍恍┰诘臀率倍杂偷娜芙舛群艽蠖岳娜芙舛群苄〉娜芗两邢∈汀1嚼嗳芗聊芎芎玫厝芙馊蠡停岳娜芙舛纫步洗蟆M嗳芗炼岳娜芙舛仍蚝苄 R虼耍T诒嚼嗳芗林屑尤胍恍┍蚣谆一越档捅嚼嗳芗炼岳娜芙舛取?    工艺流程  第一套丙酮-苯脱蜡装置建于1927年,以后,采用的溶剂还有甲基乙基酮-甲苯、丙烷、甲基正丙基酮和烃类的氯化物等。溶剂脱蜡过程的工艺流程大体相同,以酮苯脱蜡为例(见图),包括结晶、过滤、溶剂回收、冷冻等部分。原料与溶剂在带刮刀的套管结晶器内先与滤液换冷,并加入部分溶剂,再经氨冷和溶剂稀释后进行过滤。过滤后的滤液和蜡液分别进行蒸发和汽提以回收溶剂。    所加混合溶剂的组成与溶剂比因原料性质(沸程、含蜡量和粘度等) 及脱蜡深度的不同而异,一般甲基乙基酮-甲苯溶剂中含甲基乙基酮40%~60%,溶剂比为 1~4:1。稀释溶剂分几次加入, 有利于形成良好的蜡结晶,减少脱蜡温差(即脱蜡油凝固点与脱蜡温度的差值)及提高脱蜡油产率。原料在套管结晶器中的冷却速度不宜过快,以免生成过多的细小蜡结晶,不利于过滤。    过滤是在转鼓式真空过滤机内进行的,按照原料含蜡量的多少,分别采用一段或两段过滤,从滤液和蜡液中回收溶剂,均采用多效蒸发及汽提,以降低能耗。此外,为减少溶剂损失和防爆,还设有惰性气体防护系统。    发展趋势  润滑油溶剂脱蜡是一种昂贵的石油炼制过程,投资和操作费用都很高。因此,各国致力于寻找合适的溶剂,发展新的结晶设备,改进过滤设备,改进溶剂回收流程和操作条件,以提高溶剂脱蜡的技术水平。此外,正在进行加氢脱蜡的研究。
