江汉油区 位于湖北省江汉盆地,隶属于江汉石油管理局。1966年在王场构造潜深 4井获工业油流,发现了王场油田。1969年开始大规模石油勘探。1970年开始油田开发建设。截至1983年底共发现油气田11个,其中王场、钟市、广华、新沟等 9个油田已投入开发。主要油田是王场油田,油藏类型有5种:构造、岩性、地层、裂缝及复合型。含油层位为下第三系的潜江组和新沟嘴组。岩性主要为粉砂-细砂岩及少量鮞状泥灰岩、鮞状砂岩。多属中低渗透油层。埋藏深度在3000m以下。原油性质除个别层位外,一般都较好。比重0.82~0.92间,多数小于0.87。地下原油粘度0.7~49.9cP(厘泊),多数在10cP以下。1983年江汉油田生产原油102万吨。
