中国古代油气开采 中国对石油和天然气的认识和应用很早。史籍记载石油的名称颇多,宋以前有石漆、膏油、沥青、石脂、脂水、硫黄油等。 油气井史料 东汉班固著的《汉书》中有陕西延长一带出油以及西汉宣帝时(公元前61)在陕西鸿门发现火井的记载。西晋张华著《博物志》中记述了甘肃酒泉石油的自然产状,并说"燃之极明,不可食,县人谓之石漆"。同时还记述了四川临邛的火井,并说"盆盖井上,煮卤得盐"。1080年宋沈括在延长一带考察,始名为"石油"。用来烧炭黑,制墨。并提出"石油至多,生于地中无穷"的见解(见《梦溪笔谈》)。《元一统志》记述了12~13世纪时中国陕西延长、延川、永坪、宜君一带在油苗附近开凿了石油井。永坪的一口井每年要缴纳400斤,延长的一口井每年要缴纳110斤。明杨慎著《丹铅总录》载有:"火井在蜀之临邛,今嘉定、犍为有之。其泉皆油。爇之然,人取为灯烛,正德中方出。"曹学佺著《蜀中广记》载:"明正德末年,嘉州开盐井,偶得油水,可以照夜,其光加倍,沃之以水。则焰弥甚,扑之以灰则灭。作雄黄气,土人呼为雄黄油,亦曰硫黄油。近复开数井,官司主之。此是石油,但出于井尔。"何宇度著《益部谈资》载:"油井在嘉州、眉州、青神、井研、洪雅、犍为诸县。居人皆用之燃灯。"当时已有6个县钻凿了油井。 钻凿、输送、使用技术的发展 最初石油大多来源于油苗露头,产量不多,随着钻井技术的改进,由挖掘井逐渐演进为顿钻钻井,即以人力为动力,用木制井架、竹制缆索、立轴式卷扬滚筒(即绞盘车)和各种圆刃钻头,装置相当于近代顿钻钻机的游梁和支座的碓板和踩架,进行简易机械冲击式钻井。北宋庆历、皇祐间(1041~1053),中国顿钻钻井出现了井径只有碗口大小(约13厘米)。下入木质或竹筒套管完成的"卓筒井"。这是世界历史上的创举(见中国古代深井开凿技术)。 中国在世界上首先使用竹管管道输送天然气。当钻遇天然气时,用竹管把气从井口引至井旁,通向几根内径、长度相同,垂直向上排列的竹管。用火点燃,称"亮筒子"。根据火焰高度和亮筒子的数目,估算天然气流量。这是中国古代天然气井的测试方法。1600年左右,四川自贡一带浅气层已大量开发,当时使用木制的采气井口以及石块凿成的燃气喷嘴点火熬盐。 唐《元和郡县志》记载,北周宣政年间(578),在甘肃酒泉的一场战争中,成功地使用石油作火器,焚毁了攻城器具。北宋神宗时(1068~1085),中央军器监属下的作坊中有加工原油的"猛火油作"和施放猛火油的机械装置"猛火油柜"。明李时珍著《本草纲目》中记载:"石油气味与雄黄同,故杀虫治疮。"可见此时石油已用于军事与医疗。
