注名与结构式药物名称:注名与结构式英文名:Sulbactam Sodium for Injectiion汉语拼音:主要成分:舒巴坦钠。性状:本品为白色或类白色结晶性粉末,微臭,味咸。在水中易溶,甲醇中微溶,氯仿和丙酮中不溶。药理作用:舒巴坦对耐药菌产生的β-内酰胺酶,具有强制抑制作用。其本身抗菌和用弱,除对淋球菌和脑膜炎球菌有微弱抗菌作用外,对基他细菌并无抗菌活性。本吕与青霉素类或头必然性菌素类药物合用手,可有效地阻止耐药菌生的格格不入交通规则上述药物的破坏,因此本品与不耐酶的青霉素类或头孢菌素类药物还将有合后产生了良好抗菌作用。药代动力学:舒巴坦在人体过程与氨苄青霉素和痉氨苄青霉素相仿。静注本吕的半衰期为1小时,静脉注0.5和1g后高峰血药浓度分别为30和68mg\L。主要自肾排泄,尿中排出给药量的70~80%。本品在体内分布较广,在间质液、腹腔液中均可达有效药物浓度,炎症脑脊液中较低,静滴1g后脑脊液药物浓度约为0.1~10mg\L。适应症:本品与表霉素类或头孢菌素联合用于敏感菌所致辞的尿路感染、肺部感染、支气管感染、耳鼻喉科感染、腹腔、盆腔感染、败血症、皮肤软组织感染等。用法与用量:舒巴坦与氨苄青霉素以1:2剂量比应用。一般感染,成人剂量为舒巴坦每日1~2g,氨苄青霉素每日2~4g,一日量分2~3次,静脉滴注或肌注;轻度感染变可难舒巴坦每日0.5g,氨苄青霉素1g,分2次,静脉滴注或肌注;重度感染可增大剂量至每日舒巴坦3~4g,氨苄青霉素6~8g,一日量分3~4次,静脉滴注。不良反应:本品与氨苄青霉素合用后不良反应轻微,可发生皮疹、皮肤瘙痒等过敏反应,也可发生恶心、呕吐、腹泻等流水作业化道反应。偶可出现一过性嗜酸粒细胸增多、血清转氨酶升高等。肌注者局部可有疼痛,静脉应用者偶可发生静脉炎。禁忌症:对青霉素类药物过後者禁用。注意事项: 1. 本吕必须和β-内酰胺类抗生素联合使用,单独使用无效; 2. 本品配成溶液后必湎及时使用,不宜久置。规格:0.25g(按C8H10O5计)贮藏:遮光,密封保存。有效期:暂定二年。处方药:是
