天蚕抗菌肽分子式:CAS号:性质:亦作杀菌肽的通称。起初是瑞典科学家Boman从惜古比天蚕(Hyatophora cecropia)蛹中经细菌/诱导分离而得,并确定了A和B的一级结构,现已发现A、B、C、D、E、F等都是30多肽,其中32个氨基酸基本相同,分子量为4000,等电点8.9~9.5,100℃加热10min仍保持一定活力。现已从多种昆虫中分离出杀菌肽。虽多种来源的杀菌肽按种类命名,但也统称为cecropin。是昆虫体内免疫系统的重要成分。有杀菌作用。并有可能具备抗真菌作用,已引起昆虫学、植物学、生理学及药理学领域的高度重视与研究。
