灰坝施工灰坝施工ash yard dam construction 曰.,’曰奎柳推工(ash yard dam。。nstrueoion)渭犬力发电厂灰场周围的挡灰坝的施工。火力发电厂的灰场大致有山谷灰场、滩涂灰场和洼地(或煤矿塌陷区)灰场几种类型。修筑灰坝的材料可根据工程所在地的实际条件选用。对于江河湖泊的滩地灰场和海涂灰场,其灰坝不论用什么材料修筑,其迎水面必须考虑潮汛、波浪、台风的冲击和淘刷,采取有效的防浪、消浪措施,确保坝堤安全。灰坝按筑坝材料可分为土坝、土石混合坝、堆石坝、灰渣坝、冲泥袋坝等多种,施工工艺也各异。 土坝施工就地取材筑坝中最常见的一种.土坝·的施工作业主要是合理组织挖、运、填。土坝所用的土料,必须符合要求。筑坝前,要做好采土料场的勘探和规划。土料的含水量应通过试验定出最佳含水量的标准,对偏湿或偏干的土料要进行翻晒或加湿处理。雨期施工时,应在作业区的外围建立防、排水系统,避免场地内积水而影响施工。 土石混合坝施工也是就地取材筑坝的一种。它与土坝比较具有抗冲刷能力大、坝底宽度小、易于在水中堆筑等优点。土石混合坝的堤心用块石堆筑,迎水面用浆砌块石护面。在堤心石体和块石护面之间用猫土坟筑斜墙,并设置一层用砂砾组成的反滤层作为防渗体。猫土斜墙的施工要求与土坝施工要求相同。 堆石坝施工全部由堆石坝料堆筑而成,属透水坝的一种。坝体堆石施工时,按孔隙率的要求控制质t,对堆筑石料的石质和块度也有一定的要求。片状石、风化石不能上坝。 灰渣坝施工上述的几种坝,在使用若干年之后,沉灰堆积将近坝高时,需分期填筑子坝,将坝增高,以增加储灰量.其坝料可以用灰渣,也可以就地取材用土或石。采用较多的是利用正在排放的灰渣。子坝可填筑数次,即分期坟筑子坝施工.这种方法能减少用地,降低灰法场造价。施工前先要对坝前沉积区的灰渣采取加速排水固结措施,并保持一定的干滩长度,以利坝基的灰渣固结,提高承载力。必要时可采取定期分层辗压,以提高其密实度和强度。冲填灰渣作业时,要做到均匀排灰,对每级增高坝的高度、铺灰厚度、碾压遍数以及压实后的密实度等,都要达到设计图纸规定的要求。 冲泥袋坝施工就地采集滩地上的亚砂土,用泥浆泵灌人聚丙烯编织袋内,待泥浆自行脱水固结后成坝.施工步骤是:先把聚丙烯编织布缝制成袋,在开口端对接一段长30cm左右的袖口,以便与冲泥管扎紧。将尼龙袋成排铺设在坝体位置上,按次冲灌泥浆成软体排,待软体排滤水固结后,就形成牢固的坝体。尼龙袋铺设时要力求平整,张拉不宜过紧;要分层按序铺设,上下层错位,互相搭接.袋与袋之间的孔隙用亚勃土填夯,迎水面用袋装小石子和大石块砌筑,要每层及时跟上,起到保护袋体不受风浪冲刷,兼起反滤层作用。最后,待坝体沉降稳定后,再进行混凝土防浪墙等施工。
