●水库概述陆浑水库位于河南省洛阳市嵩县田湖镇陆浑村附近,黄河二级支流伊河上,距洛阳市67公里,控制流域面积3492平方公里,占伊河流域面积57.9%。坝址处多年平均年径流量是10.25亿立方米(1951~1968年),多年平均流量32.5立方米每秒,多年平均年输沙量约300万吨,平均含沙量3.2公斤每立方米,泥沙90%以上都集中在汛期7~10月,非汛期河水清澈见底。千年一遇洪峰流量12400立方米每秒,万年一遇洪峰流量17100立方米每秒,保坝洪水(万年一遇洪峰加20%)洪峰流量20520立方米每秒。水库任务是防洪、灌溉发电和供水。坝高55米,总库容13.2亿立方米。水库主要建筑物包括拦河坝(粘土斜墙砂壳坝)、输水洞、泄洪洞、灌溉发电洞、溢洪道和电站(输水洞电站装机3台,单机容量1250千瓦;灌溉洞电站装机3台,l台3000千瓦,1台3200千瓦,l台500千瓦)。电站总装机1.045万千瓦。水库千年一遇洪水设计,万年一遇洪水校核,洪水位高程分别为327.5米(黄海高程系)和331.8米,正常高水位高程319.5米,坝顶高程333米。●工程介绍工程于1959年12月开始兴建,1965年8月底建成。灌溉发电洞1972年2月开始增建,1974年7月建成。1976年开始水库保坝加固工程施工,1988年一期加固工程完成。共完成土石方705.6l万立方米,混凝土14.86万立方米。工程共计投资1.68亿元。坝址位于嵩县盆地出口峡谷地段,峡谷长500米,峡谷上游盆地宽3~4公里,坝址处河床宽320米。伊河谷内有四级阶地,峡谷上口河谷内二级阶地缺失。坝址区出露地层自老到新有震旦纪火山岩、第三纪红色岩层及第四纪各种沉积物。震旦纪火山岩向西在左坝肩被f2~f3断层截断,垂直河床的宽度为100~200米,岩性主要为安山玢岩,其次为玄武玢岩及辉绿玢岩。第三纪红色岩层,在坝下游坡脚出露,为红色粗砂质亚粘土,夹粘土质胶结的砾岩,呈半成岩状态,坚硬,含有较多的石英质粗砂粒。出露厚度10~12米,岩层总厚度约100米。第四纪沉积物有老第四纪冰积砂砾石层、中第四纪冲积砂砾石层及红粘土、新第四纪砂砾石和红粘土,以及近代冲积层。老第四纪冰积砂砾石出露于左坝肩,东接f2~f3断层破碎带,向西延伸很远,出露厚度25米,总厚度40米。中第四纪冲积砂砾石层,在第四级阶地底覆盖于震旦纪火山岩上,厚1.8~3.5米,红粘土覆盖于砂砾石上,厚25~35米,组成第四级阶地。新第四纪砂砾石为第三阶地的底层,红粘土覆盖于砂砾石上,厚15~25米,组成第三级阶地。近代冲积层分布在一级阶地和河床内,为河流冲积亚粘土和砂砾石层,厚约27米,其中砂砾石层厚12米。坝址区大小断层达112条,绝大多数为平推断层,少数为逆断层,较大断层有f2一f3,走向北东75o一85o,倾向北西,倾角70o,断距大于300米,断层带宽10~100米,位于左坝肩。f4走向北西328o,倾向南西,倾角60o,断层带宽5~7米,位于左坝肩冲沟内。f5走向北东60o,倾向北西,倾角70o,截水槽处宽40米,为顺河向大断层,位于大坝坝基内。f12走向北东70o,倾向北西,倾角70o~80o,断层带宽12米,位于泄洪洞进,口塔架基础下。此外,在第四纪地层中有新构造断裂3处,编号为f1、f2、f3,f1、f2沿f2一f3断层复活产生,断距0.5~2米。f1位于f2一f3断层碎破带内,错断第四纪砂砾石层及上部黄土层,走向北西295o,倾向南西,倾角80o~85o,断层带宽0.3~0.5米。f2出露于坝上游河边f2一f3断层破碎带东侧边缘,错断三级台地底部砾石层及上部灰绿色粘土层,走向北东80o,倾向南西,倾角80o。f3位于西坝头上游青石板沟老第四纪砂砾石层中,走向北西315o,倾向北东,倾角70o,破碎带宽0.2~0.3米,将第三纪地层与老第四纪地层错断8米多。坝址区地震基本烈度为7度。●伊河概述伊河于偃师县杨村汇入洛河,河道全长264.8公里,流域面积6029平方公里。在嵩县县里镇以上为石山区,植被较好,并有大片森林。县里镇以下顺伏牛山的走向为起伏连绵的丘陵区,除伊河、洛河间的分水岭部分岩层出露外,大部分为第三纪砾岩层、红土层、第四纪红土及黄土覆盖,土壤侵蚀较严重,是伊河泥沙主要来源区。除县里镇以上有旧县、汤营、潭头、栾川等盆地外,县里镇沿河向下两岸为川地,由一级阶地和漫滩地组成,土壤肥沃;适宜灌溉耕种。
