沥青混凝土防渗土石坝沥青混凝土防渗土石坝embankment dam with asphalt concrete sealing  1 Iq.ng hunn一ngtu fongshen tushlbo沥*混凝土防渗土石坝(embankmenr damwith asphalt eonerete sealing)以沥青泥凝土为防渗面板或心坡的土石坝。土石坝用沥青混凝土防渗始于20世纪30年代.其优点是防渗性能好,适应变形能力强.耐化学俊蚀和溶蚀,对水质无污染,工程量小,易于施工及维修,因而在世界上有所发展。至今全世界已建成沥青混凝土防渗土石坝及蓄水池近400座,最大坝高达125m。在中国沥青混凝土作为土石坝防渗体始于20世纪70年代,至今已建成50余座。香港特别行政区的高岛东坝和西坝,坝高都达到10omt级,为沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝。用现代技术建成的天荒坪抽水蓄水能电站上库,土石坝高72m,沥青混凝土面板连同库底防渗,总面积达28万mZ,已于1997年8月建成蓄水.在建的三峡茅坪澳防护大坝,高104m,用沥青混凝土心培防渗。随着抽水蓄能电站和现代化施工技术的发展,沥青混凝土防渗技术也将有更大的发展。 沥青混凝土有碾压式和浇筑式两类。用现代施工技术修建的都是碾压式,有全套专用施工机械,质量和速度都较高。浇筑式的沥青含量较高,适应变形能力强,施工简便,不需众多机具,能在自重下压密,可在严寒条件下施工,较适用于中低坝的防渗心坡. 沥青混凝土防渗面板有复式和简式两种断面,见图2。复式断面由封闭层、防渗面层、排水层、防渗底层、整平胶结层等组成。封闭层用于封闭防渗层的表面缺陷,提高面板的防渗性,延缓沥青混凝土老化等。防渗面层是面板的主要防渗层,一般厚8~10。m,分2层或3层铺压,层间喷乳化沥青或稀释沥青结合层。排水层汇集防渗面层渗水,将其引人排水管或排水廊道,排出坝外.防渗底层用以隔断排水层的渗水,一般厚5~10 cm,一层或两层碾压.整平胶结层用于使面板与垫层良好结合。简式断面只有封闭层、防渗层与整平胶结层,结构和施工都较方便,土石坝防渗面板大多采用简式断面。 沥青混凝土防渗体所用的水工沥青,多为石油沥青,也有少数工程采用改性沥青。一般可选用道路石油沥青6。甲或100甲。在技术指标不能满足设计要求 图1沥青混凝土防渗面板土石坝断面示意图1一坝轴线;2一碾压堆石;3一不碾压堆石;4一过渡区;5一沥青混凝土斜墙; 6一灌浆帷幕;7一排水沟 图2沥青混凝土面板断面的型式 (a)复式断面;(b)简式断面 1一封闭层;2一防渗面层;3一排水层;4一防渗底层; 5一整平胶结层;6一垫层;7一碾压堆石体时,可用两种沥青掺配,或加入掺料以改善其性能。
