预应力锚固  用施加预应力的锚杆或高强钢丝束加固基岩或建筑物的工程措施。阿尔及利亚于1934年在舍法尔重力坝(坝高37.5m,1882年建成)上首次采用预应力锚索方法加固。中国于1965年在加固安徽梅山水库坝基时首次采用成功,随后在湖南双牌、安徽陈村、湖北葛洲坝、吉林白山和丰满等工程中均曾应用。    预应力锚固的优点是:①在高边坡或隧洞洞口明挖中采用,可增加边坡稳定,从而减少开挖量,也为提前进洞创造条件;②可在水库正常运行条件下用于混凝土坝体或坝基加固;③用于修补混凝土裂缝或缺陷,可将集中荷载分散到较大范围内;④加固洞室,改善洞室的受力条件,如用于地下厂房的高边墙支护等。这些优点使其在世界范围内的水利工程中得到广泛应用。      预应力锚固主要由锚头、锚束体及锚固段(又称锚根或内锚头)组成(见图)。锚头是用于张拉锚索和锁定的构件,包括外锚头、混凝土基座及垫板等。锚束体是连结内、外锚头及承受张拉力的构件,由钢筋或高强钢丝束等组成。锚固段嵌固在锚孔底部,其作用是为张拉锚索提供锚固力;常用的有粘着式及机械式,需按照设计要求的方向、大小及锚固深度施工。当锚固段固定后,通过千斤顶对锚束体张拉,从而对基岩或建筑物施加预压应力,达到加固或改善其受力条件的目的。    预应力锚固的施工程序是:①造孔;②量测孔深、孔径和偏斜度;③锚头加工;④编索;⑤锚固段固定;⑥预拉、张拉和锁定;⑦封孔灌浆。锚孔的方向可分为垂直孔、水平孔、倾斜孔和仰孔。钻孔孔径一般为 110~150mm。由于张拉后的压缩变形、徐变、锚束材料的松弛、锚固段的滑移等原因,必然会产生预应力损失。因此,设计中应对预应力损失有合理的估算。一般在张拉过程中,采用预拉或反复超张拉的方法,以达到调整应力,减少预应力损失的目的。有时在正式张拉之后还进行补偿张拉。钢索锁定后一般用水泥灌浆封孔;当欲为补偿预应力损失而进行重复张拉时,常采用沥青等防渗材料封孔。    参考书目   王冲编:《预应力锚固的施工》(水利水电施工丛书),水利电力出版社,北京,1987。
