溢流坝  坝顶可泄洪的坝。亦称滚水坝。溢流坝一般由混凝土或浆砌石筑成。按坝型有溢流重力坝、溢流拱坝、溢流支墩坝和溢流土石坝。后者仅限于溢流面和坝脚有可靠防护设施、单宽流量比较小的低坝。和厂房结合在一起,作为泄洪建筑物的坝内式厂房溢流坝、厂房顶溢流和挑越厂房顶泄流的厂坝联合泄洪方式,可用在高山狭谷地区,是宣泄大流量时,解决溢洪道和电站厂房布置位置不足的一种途径,也是从溢流坝发展起来的新形式。      溢流坝过流形式有:①坝顶溢流(跌流),②坝面溢流,③大孔口坝面溢流(见图)。前两者属表面溢流,能顺利排放冰凌等漂浮物。堰顶可设或不设闸门。无闸门的溢流坝,蓄水位只能与堰顶齐平,泄洪时要靠壅高库水位形成水头,逐渐增加泄量,适用于较小水库或具有较长溢流前沿的溢流坝。设有闸门的溢流坝,能够调节水库蓄水位和下泄流量。其堰顶高程和溢流前沿长度需根据水库和枢纽建筑物功能、泄水要求经水库调洪计算确定。堰顶设有闸墩,用以支撑闸门,墩上架桥以装设闸门启闭设备或设置通道。坝顶溢流的闸门检修容易、操作方便可靠,是最常见的溢流坝形式。    溢流坝设计要满足:①有足够的溢流前沿长度和泄流能力以满足防洪要求;②水流平顺,坝面无不利的负压或振动;③下泄水流不造成危害性冲刷。高水头溢流坝泄水流速可达30~40m/s或更大,下游河床单宽消能功率可达几万甚至几十万千瓦。从溢流或泄水段到下游消能工设计要解决好:空蚀和磨蚀、 掺气和雾化、 轻型结构的振动、河床和岸坡的冲刷等一系列高速水流问题。要选择合适的坝顶和堰面曲线形式:既要有较大泄流能力,又要有稳定的水流形态和免遭空蚀破坏、容易施工的体型。较好的消能工形式和尺寸对枢纽各建筑物的安全运行具有重要意义。近期的高坝建设中,在新型消能工技术、通气减蚀措施等许多方面都获得了较大的进展。    溢流重力坝是溢流坝中修建较多、运行经验丰富的坝型。巴西图库鲁伊水电站的重力坝,最大坝高86m,23个溢流孔,总泄流量104400m3/s;中国河北省潘家口水利枢纽重力坝,坝高107.5m,设计最大泄流量56200m3/s,部分采用宽尾墩形式的新型消能工。它们都是世界上泄量较大的高水平的溢流重力坝,具有很好的消能防冲效果。支墩坝中溢流大头坝与溢流重力坝相近。高溢流平板坝,由于溢流面板较单薄,不利抗震,采用不多。连拱坝由于拱筒和溢流面、边墙连接结构复杂,很少做为溢流坝。溢流拱坝除坝体结构常较单薄外,由于平面呈拱形,泄流朝径向集中是明显不利的水力条件。早期的拱坝,担心下游冲刷和坝体振动,都不敢采用大流量坝身泄洪,而另辟坝外溢洪道。1950年以来,中国修建了各种类型的溢流拱坝,如溢流跌坎式、挑坎式、溢流面板滑雪道式以及高低坎对冲、窄缝、转向挑坎等消能工形式,较好地解决了拱坝消能防冲、抗震减蚀等问题,使得溢流拱坝建设在中国有了较大的发展。湖南省凤滩水电站腹拱式溢流拱坝,设计泄洪流量达32600m3/s,是世界上泄流量最大的溢流拱坝,采用独特的高低坎对冲消能,效果甚佳。
