Heiquan Reservoir 概  述   黑泉水库位于中国青海省湟水流域大通县境内的宝库河上,距西宁市75km。工程由拦河坝、导流隧洞、溢洪道和电厂组成。是以城市和农业灌溉供水为主,兼顾防洪和发电的大型水利枢纽。钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝。最大坝高123.5m,坝址以上流域面积1044km2,坝址处多年平均流量10.1m3/s,多年平均径流量3.2亿m3。水库在正常蓄水位2887.25m,回水长度7.5km,水面面积5.26km2,库容1.72亿m3,死库容0.17亿m3。设计洪水标准为500年一遇,非常洪水标准为5000年一遇。考虑到大坝失事将会对下游及西宁造成重大灾害,采用万年一遇洪水保坝复核,地震设防烈度为8度。   坝址河谷呈"U"形,谷底宽240~250m。两岸发育不对称的Ⅰ级阶地,Ⅱ级阶地在右岸呈长条状发育。坝基为厚24~29m的冲积砂砾石。基岩主要由下元古界云英片岩、混合岩化眼球状片麻岩等岩石组成。坝址内无活动断裂,属构造相对稳定区。   坝址处年最大洪峰流量多发生于7、8月间,一次洪水过程一般为1d左右,实测最大洪峰流量为335m3/s。黑泉水库坝址以上植被良好,水土流失轻微,河水平时清澈见底,仅在洪水期有较少的含沙量,坝址所处河段水流湍急,河床质颗粒较大,粒径小于或等于0.5m的河床质仅占5%左右。   水库枢纽主要由混凝土面板堆石坝(砂砾石)坝、右岸开敞式溢洪道、导流放水洞、左岸灌溉发电洞、水电站等建筑物组成。   大坝钢筋筋混凝土面板后设垫层、过渡层、烟囱式排水体、砂砾石主堆石区、下游石碴堆石区。坝顶高程2894.5m,最大坝高123.5m,坝顶长438m,上游边坡1∶1.55,下游设三级3m宽马道,第一级1∶1.5,其余1∶1.4。坝体方量544万m3。   溢洪道布置在右坝肩,并采用局部洞挖方式,其控制段宽15m。   导流洞全长553m,纵坡1/70,采用城门洞型,底宽6m,侧高5.5m;放水洞进口段为压力洞,洞径4.5m。灌溉发电主洞洞长237.6m,洞径4m,发电支洞洞径2.5m,洞长139.1m。有压钢管部分(沟埋式)洞径2.5m,洞长80m。   发电厂房位于下游左岸一级阶地上,内装4000kW混流立轴水轮发电机3台,主副厂房长48.66m,宽22.61m。   主体工程明挖石方86.82万m3,洞挖石方6.45万m3,填筑量544万m3,其中砂砾石填筑421万m3,帷幕灌浆2.67万m,固结灌浆9500m。
