事故闸门事故闸门emergency gate shlgu zhamen.故门门(emergeney gate)为及时防止水道设施的故障或事故状态扩大,用以截断水流的闸门。设在泄(引)水建筑物工作用门前的事故闷门,在工作闸门发生故障时,需在动水下关闭孔口,待故障消除后,在静水下开启。设在水轮发电机组进水口前的事故闸门,摇在动水下限定时间内快速关闭孔口,这种事故闸门称为快速闸门.工作闸门前的事故闸门设里的数t视工作闸门孔口孔数、吊运条件和关闭时间等要求而定.有每孔一扇,也有多孔合用的.对发电进水口快速闸门来说,则需每孔设t一扇。 门型及构造特征门型多数选用平面闸门,其支承结构通常采用胶合层压木滑道、复合材料滑道、滚轮和链轮等。为满足事故闸门动水下门的要求,这些支承行走结构都具有摩阻力小的特征. 启闭方式为确保向下关闭事故闸门的可靠性,闸门要有足够重t,不足时应采取设里加重块,利用水柱重或机械下压力等措施.如事故闸门为上游止水时,往往设t加重块或采取机械下压力的措施;事故闸门为下游止水时,一般利用水柱压重。同时还应在闸门后设t通气孔,以满足动水下门时,向闸门后面补气,或启门前在闸门后面充水平压时排气。 事故闸门采用在静水中启门的方式.当其下游的事故消除或完成检修工作后,启门前向下游水道充水以达到闸门在前后平压下提起。充水方式有门叶上设t充水阀、门叶节间充水和闸墩内埋设旁通管道充水等方式.其中以门叶上设阀充水较安全可靠,也较经济。除上述3种充水方式外.也有采用事故闸门小开度提门充水的方式。事故闸门在启闭力计算中应核算其闭门力、持住力和启门力,以便选定启闭机的容量和型号。
