碱含量碱含量就是水泥中碱物质的含量,用na2o合计当量表达。即碱量=na2o+0.658k2o。碱含量主要从水泥生产原材料带入。尤其是粘土中带入。碱含量高有可能产生碱-骨料反应。混凝土碱骨料反应是指来自水泥、外加剂、环境中的碱在水化过程中析出naoh和koh与骨料(指砂、石)中活性sio2相互作用,形成碱的硅酸盐凝胶体,致使混凝土发生体积膨胀呈蛛网状龟裂,导致工程结构破坏。发生碱骨料反应条件:骨料中具有碱活性物质;混凝土中具有足够量的碱(主要来自水泥),碱含量>3.0kg/m3;工程处在一定湿度条件下。以上三项条件同时存在时,才会发生混凝土碱骨料反应。否则,不发生碱骨料反应。改善措施(使用对象)降低水泥总量,使用矿渣粉代替,可有效降低混凝土中总碱量。选择低硫酸钠减水剂。市场主流高效奈系减水剂中,na2(so)4含量在2~20%间不等。对混凝土总碱量影响不容忽视。使用非活性骨料。非长期受湿部分不必强调低碱要求
