采砂船开采 采砂船一般由船体和移行、挖掘、洗选、排尾、动力、供水、信号等设备组成(见彩图)。1870年首次在新西兰使用。20世纪30~40年代发展迅速。1980年印度尼西亚投产使用了斗容为8501的链斗式采砂船。中国于1958年后在黑河、桦南、呼玛、珲春等砂金矿区,先后使用了斗容为 501、1001、1501、2501和3001的采砂船。 采砂船的采选设备安装在平底船上,能在一定水位的采池中漂浮,平稳地生产。 开采优点是生产能力大、劳动生产率高、成本低、生产集中、便于管理。适用于:①砂矿储量丰富,保证开采所必要的服务年限;②矿床底板平坦,无深坑和突起的基岩,不含大量大块砾石和粘土夹层;③水源充足,水深大于吃水深度,并为不断地排放污水,需及时向采池补充清水,一般为50~250l/s;④矿床宽度不小于采砂船的最小工作宽度,如250l采砂船的工作宽度为60~70m;⑤矿床底板坡度适宜,通常应为0.010~0.025。缺点是使用条件要求严格、初期设备费高,不适于开采河流湍急和长年冻结的矿层。 采砂船分类 按移行方式分为:钢绳式、桩柱式、混合式;按挖掘深度分为:浅挖(<6m)、中挖(6~18m)、深挖(18~50m)、超深挖(>50m)。按挖掘设备分为:①链斗式,在闭合斗链上装许多挖斗,用斗链的旋转和斗桥的往复摆动进行挖掘,使用最广泛。又分间断式和连续式两种。②单斗式,又分铲斗式和索斗式,前者在船上装一个较大的铲斗,约2~10m3,可挖掘较坚硬的砂矿,多用于海港建设;后者在船上安装1~4个抓斗,可在较窄的场所工作,适应变化较大的深度,多用于较深的海洋砂矿开采。③吸扬式,一种漂浮在水上的泵站,用来开采松散的海滨砂矿和露天矿剥离。又分绞吸式、耙吸式和斗轮吸扬式等。 开采工艺 工艺过程见图1。链斗自水下挖掘出的矿砂,经装矿漏斗送到洗矿圆筒筛中;筛下产品与水,经矿浆分配器,分配给各选矿设备;尾砂经尾砂槽排至采砂船后方,形成尾砂堆;筛上的大石块和泥团,经过砾石溜槽,用输送机排入船后的采空区,形成砾石堆。 提高斗链速度是提高采砂船生产能力的重要途径。影响斗链速度的因素,主要是岩矿的性质。粘性砂土的斗链速度要小些,以易于卸料;砂质松散土岩,斗链速度可稍大。一般为每分钟16~24斗。 开拓方法 ①基坑开拓法 沿矿体边界或在矿体附近,开掘安装采砂船的坑。基坑的尺寸由采砂船的规格决定,深度由采砂船漂浮所需水深决定。如斗容为6001的采砂船,基坑长145m,宽120m,水深6m。此法用于开采河漫滩的砂矿。 ②筑坝开拓法 修筑若干横穿河谷的永久性或临时性挡水坝,提高水池水位,使采砂船能进入比河漫滩还高的采区工作(图2)。挡水坝的数目及其间距决定于所需水位上升高度和矿床纵向坡度,坡度愈陡,则坝数愈多。此法用于开采坡积砂矿,或采砂船不能正常漂浮的区段。③联合开拓法 上述两种方法的联合运用。 采矿方法 按工作面推进方向可分三种:①横向采矿法,适用于倾斜不大而宽阔的砂矿床。采矿时沿矿体横向分成条带进行开采。本法又分为单工作面横向法和相邻工作面横向法。②纵向采矿法,适用于窄而长的砂矿床。采矿时沿矿体纵向分成条带进行开采。又分单工作面纵向法和平行工作面纵向法。③联合采矿法,矿体赋存条件较复杂时,可将上述方法联合使用。
