龙滩水电站龙滩水电站Longtan Hydropower Station Longton Shuld一onzhon龙滩水电站(Longtan Hydropower Station) 中国近期拟建水电站,位于红水河上游、广西壮族自治区天峨县境内,距天峨县县城15km。电站以发电厂房和通航建筑物等组成。大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,河床坝段设泄水建筑物,左岸布置全部9台机地下厂房,右岸布置通航建筑物,见图。 初期建设时,最大坝高192m,坝顶长74lm,远景大坝加高后,最大坝高216.sm,坝顶长836.sm。泄水建筑物由7个表孔和2个底孔组成,表孔承担泄洪,底孔用于后期导流,水库放空和冲沙排沙等工作。表孔、底孔泄流均采用挑流弃坎消能。 发电厂房系统由进水口、引水隧洞、主厂房、母线洞、主变压器洞、尾水调压井和尾水随洞等组成。引水电为主,兼有防洪、航运等综合效益.因库区涉及贵州、广西两省区,为减少征地移民工作难度,电站拟分两期开发。初期正常蓄水位375m时,电站装机7台,总容量4200 MW;远景正常蓄水位400m时,新增机组2台,总容量达5400 MW。 水文和水库特性坝址控制流域面积98500km,,多年平均流量1640m3/s,多年平均年径流量517亿m“。五百年一遇设计洪水流量27600m,/s,万年一遇校核洪水流量35500m,/5.初期正常蓄户入水位375m时,总库容162.1亿m,,调节库容In.5亿m3,为年调节水库。远景正常蓄水位400m时,总库容272.7亿m“,调节库容205.3亿m“,可进行多年调节。水库淹没耕地84265亩,迁移人口751。。人。 坝址地形和地质坝址附近无区域性活动断层,不存在发生地震的地质背景,坝区地震基本烈度为姐度。坝址为开阔的“V”形河谷,宽高比为3.5。枯水期水面宽90一loom,水深13~19.sm。河床覆盖层厚。~6m。两岸礁滩裸露,右岸礁滩宽40~70m,左岸礁滩宽10m。两岸岸坡角320一42“,残坡积层厚0.5~Zm,局部厚7~25m。左岸地形整齐,山势雄厚,但左坝肩坝头靠上游存在倾倒蠕变岩体;右岸受构造切割,地形零乱,地势单薄。坝区基岩以砂岩和泥板岩为主。岩石强度较高,岩层产状有利于坝基防渗和边坡稳定.坝区地质构造以高陡倾角断裂为主,但多数规模小且与河床斜交。左岸地质条件明显优于右岸,适宜布置地下厂房系统。
