防渗墙施工防渗墙施工diaphram wall construction fongshenqlong shlgong防渗姗施工(diaphram wall eonstruetion) 在水工建筑物松散透水地基中或土石坝体内造孔,采用泥浆固壁,形成槽形孔或连锁桩柱孔,回填混凝土,筑成具有防渗性能的连续墙的一种工程技术。 土石坝地基和围堪工程所用的防渗墙,其厚度为60~120 cm,深度较大,常用的造孔机械有冲击钻、冲击反循环钻、抓斗挖槽机、双轮铣钻机等,有时两种钻机联合运用。造孔过程中如遇到直径大的漂石、孤石和块球体,则需采用孔内聚能爆破方法,辅以10t左右的重锤,锤击击碎的方式解决。 江河堤防有时也采用防渗墙,其厚度多小于40cm,深度也浅,常用的施工机械有射水法造墙机、液压开槽机、锯槽机和斗宽为30cm的薄型抓斗等。 墙体材料应根据地质条件、墙的受力状况、以及设计对防渗墙性能的要求而选定。主要分为刚性材料和塑柔性材料。前者包括水泥棍凝土、猫土水泥混凝土、粉煤灰薪土水泥混凝土等;后者则指塑性混凝土,其一般概念为低弹模(1000 MPa以下)、低强度(RZs小于5 MPa)性能的棍凝土。此外,墙体材料也有采用自凝灰浆或固化灰浆的。 混凝土防渗墙主要优点是防渗性好、抗渗性强、安全、耐久、可靠,也具有加固基础,承载上部结构的功能。高水头水工建筑物砂砾石地基且要求处理深度又大时,应采用混凝土防渗墙。
