SS三足式人工上卸料离心机设备概述:SS型三足式人工上卸料离心机是根据GB/T13756-92《三足式离心机型式与基本参数》、GB/T13755-92《三足式离心机技术条件》标准设计的过滤型间歇操作离心机。三足式离心机结构简单,对物料适应型强,是应用面最广的过滤离心机。可广泛应用于制药、化工、轻工、食品、机械制造、纺织等工业部门。适用于固体颗粒大于5μm、浓度5%-75%悬浮液的分离。工作原理:转鼓通过装有离心离合器的传动系统驱动,绕主轴轴心迥转,形成离心力场。被分离的悬浮液从顶部加入转鼓,在离心力的作用下,流向转鼓壁,液相经转鼓壁上的滤网与滤孔抛向机壳空间,汇集在底盘内,经排液管排出,而固相存留在转鼓内停机后由人工从上部卸除。性能特点:适应性强。若选用合适的过滤介质,该机可以分离粒径仅为微米级的细微颗粒,也能用于成件产品的脱水;通过调节操作时间,可用于各种难分离的悬浮液的过滤,并能适应各种不同要求的滤饼洗涤;由于该机是在停机下卸料,对固体颗粒破坏小,易保持产品晶粒形状;结构简单,占地面积小,制造容易而造价低;安装维修方便,操作容易掌握;运转比较平稳。由于该机采用弹性悬挂支撑结构,能够减少不均匀负荷所引起的振动。
