Guxian Reservoir 概  述   故县水库位于中国河南省洛宁县故县镇、黄河支流洛河中游,距洛阳市165km。工程以防洪为主,兼有灌溉、发电和工业供水等综合效益。混凝土重力坝,最大坝高125m,水库总库容11.75亿m3,装机容量6万kW,多年平均发电量1.76亿kW·h,设计灌溉面积6.8万hm2。1958年首次开工,于1978年再次复工,1980年截流,1994年水库投入运用。   坝址处河床宽120~130m,枯水期水面宽40~70m,水深0.5~2m。坝址基岩主要为流纹岩,局部夹凝灰岩,凝灰岩节理发育。基岩上覆盖9~12m厚的近代河流冲积砂砾石层,颗粒组成极不均一,渗透系数K=76.4~201.6m/24h。基本地震烈度6度,设计抗震烈度7度。   坝址控制流域面积5370km2,坝区有大小20多条断层,多年平均径流量12.81亿m3,多年平均输沙量655万t。千年一遇设计洪峰流量11400m3/s,相应水位548.55m,万年一遇校核洪峰流量15300m3/s。相应水位551.89m。近期防洪库容7亿m3。   枢纽由主坝、泄洪建筑物以及电站厂房组成。   主坝:坝顶高程553m,坝顶长315m,坝顶宽9m。共分21个坝段。泄洪设施包括2个底孔、5孔溢流堰和1个中孔。底孔设于10号坝段,孔口尺寸为3.5m×4.2m,进口高程473.27m,2孔总的最大泄量982m3/s,用平板滑动门操作。中孔设于17号坝段,孔口尺寸6m×9m,进口高程494m,最大泄量1476m3/s,用弧形闸门操作。溢流堰设于11~16号坝段,共5孔,孔口净宽13m,门高16.5m,溢顶高程532m,工作闸门为弧形门,总的最大泄量为11436m3/s。   坝后式厂房位于河岸左部,厂房宽27.7m,高43.2m,长57.95m,装3台单机2万kW的水轮机组。单机引用流量36m3/s。钢管直径3m,长124.37m。水电站设计水头65m,最大水头90m,最小水头45m。   工程量:土方109.2万m3,石方83.54万m3,混凝土146.6万m3。钢材17830t,水泥42.5t。   用土石过水围堰和1条9m×10m的导流隧洞导流。围堰为土质斜墙宽顶堰,最大堰高25m。设计过堰流量3800m3/s,单宽流量为30m3/s,堰顶水深6.6m,上、下游水位差约11m。采用消力戽消能。实际过流7次,流量940~1150m3/s。
