CT血管成像CT血管成像 CT检查方法之一。CT血管成像是在团注动态扫描(bolus dynamic scanning)、螺旋扫描(helicalscanning)和三维影像重建(three dimensional reconstruction,3D-reconstruction)等技术的基础上发展起来的一种血管成像技术。基本原理是:使用螺旋扫描方式,在静脉团注使兴趣区血管内强化达到高峰期间,进行一次屏气的连续快速体积扫描,并以三维重建方式显示血管结构的影像。CTA的主要优点是:可获得类似血管造影的影像,并能进行多视角三维显示;成像速度快,受运动伪影干扰极小;能分辨血管壁上的钙斑;基本无创;对比剂用量小(3~5ml/s,总量90~150ml);安全。更新的软件功能还可消除血管内对比剂的影像,仅显示血管壁的结构。目前已用于检查脑动脉瘤、静脉瘤、动静脉畸形、体部血管变异、主动脉瘤和夹层、肾动脉狭窄及肿瘤与周围血管关系等,显示效果良好。可望部分代替血管造影,与磁共振血管成像(MRA)可互补。
