TopSolid带来模具设计新体验最近,我使用TopSolid 的模具设计模块TopMold 进行了一次注塑模的设计。在这次设计中,我深深体会到TopMold 对于注塑模具的设计特别是侧抽芯机构的设计具备相当健全的功能和标准件库,使得设计起零件繁多的注塑模来既方便又快捷。 现我以为国家铁道部开发的GPS 卫星巡检仪外形的模具设计过程为例,向大家介绍TopMold 在模具设计主要是侧抽芯机构设计方面的突出功能。 众所周知,注塑模设计的第一步为分模,即构成型芯和型腔。TopMold 则提供了快速产生分模线的方法,只要点击 创建分模线 功能,系统就会立即计算并很快将零件上所有可能的分模线都提取出来,我只需用鼠标点击拾取其中合适的即可。如图。 TopMold 提供多种创建分模面的方式,如下图。设计人员可以根据分模线的情况来选择不同的创建方式。创建完分模面后,只需点击 创建型芯/型腔块 功能,系统就可以自动创建出上下模了,如下图。 该巡检仪外形底部有一充电器插孔和一耳机插孔,如下左图。对于该零件而言,需要使用侧抽芯机构才能实现这种侧孔特征。将除型腔外的其他组件隐藏。首先,将两个侧孔的面缝合,然后使用 插件||新建插件 功能创建侧孔镶块。只需点击选择需要建立镶块的两个侧孔面,再点击选择镶块拉伸的方向,系统即可自动生成两个侧抽芯镶块。如下右图。
