放射性核素动态显(成)像放射性核素动态显(成)像 放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。由于显(成)像剂随血流流经和灌注脏器,或被脏器不断摄取和排泄,或在脏器内反复充盈和廓清,造成脏器内的放射性在数量上或位置上的时间依赖性变化。用放射性显(成)像装置以一定的速度采集并序列化或以电影方式显示动态影像的成像方法即动态成像。可利用计算机“兴趣区”技术(region of interest,ROI)提取每帧图像中同一区域内的放射性数据,自动生成时间-放射性曲线,进而计算出动态过程的各种定量参数。动态显(成)像所采用的显(成)像剂要求放射性活度高、有效半衰期短,由于动态观察,采样时间短,所以只能用γ照相机或SPECT进行显(成)像。
