乳液分子式:CAS号:性质:又称乳浊液,乳状液。是由两种(或两种以上)互不相溶(或不完全相溶)的液体构成的两相液态体系。其中一种液体的微细液滴(均0.1μm)均匀分散于另一种液体中,前者称为分散相,后者称为连续相。以水乳液为例,连续相就是水。习惯上将构成分散相的有机液体称作“油(O)”;谓之水包油乳液(O/W);反之,如连续相为有机液体而分散相是水,则谓之为油包水乳液(W/O)。乳液较不稳定,容易发生相分离现象,必须加入乳化剂。
