冠状动脉 冠状动脉 coronary artery 供应心脏血液的动脉。分为左、右两支,分别称左冠状动脉和右冠状动脉。左冠状动脉起于主动脉左窦,随即分为前室间支和旋支,前者供应左心室前壁、右心室前壁一小部分及室间隔前2/3区域;后者供应左室侧壁,左室后壁及左心房。右冠状动脉起于主动脉右窦,沿途发出的分支分布于右心房、窦房结、房室结、右心室、室间隔后1/3及左心室后壁的一部分。如因病理变化而管腔缩小或阻塞,可导致心肌供血不全而发生心绞痛、心肌梗死和房室传导阻滞等。
