1.Objective:To observe and define the anatomy of the uterosacral ligament,sacrospinous ligament with regard to adjacent anatomy, describe the distances of the major bony,vascular,neurologic to the path of the infracoccygeal sacropexy trocar , supply foundmation of the anatomy of reconstructive pelvic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse.目的:观察子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带,弄清子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带及相邻结构的解剖形态,测量行经阴道后路悬吊术时套管针穿刺路径与周围主要骨骼、血管、神经之间的距离。
