拓扑异构酶I分子式:CAS号:性质:转轴酶或称ω蛋白,是过去对拓扑异构酶I(topoisomerase I)的称呼。原核生物的转轴酶是分子量为110 000的一条多肽链。拓扑异构酶I能使DNA的一条链发生断裂和再连接,反应无需供给能量。同时,拓扑异构酶I在使DNA的一条链断裂的同时可牵引另一条链通过切口,然后使断裂处重新连接,从而改变DNA的链数和超螺旋数。原核生物的拓扑异构酶I只能消除负超螺旋数,对正超螺旋无作用。真核生物的拓扑异构酶I对正负超螺旋都有作用。除消除螺旋外,拓扑异构酶还能引起DNA的其他拓扑转变。
