皮肤磨削术皮肤磨削术dermabrasion 又称“擦皮术”。指用磨皮机带动钢轮或砂轮对表皮和真皮乳头层进行磨削的一种手术。适用于对表浅性皮肤损害的治疗。如天花、水痘、痤疮、瘢痕、雀斑、浅在的色素斑、细小皱纹等。磨削深度以达到乳头层,即有密集出血点时为止,超过此层时术后多留瘢痕。根据损害的部位、深浅、形状及范围应选用不同的磨削方法。术中压迫止血及冲洗创面,术后用油纱覆盖敷料包扎。10d后暴露,创面呈潮红色,以后逐渐出现色素沉着,3~6个月消退,在皮肤色泽未恢复正常时避免日晒。须再次作磨削时应在3个月后进行。
