二巯基丁二酸钠 ,二巯基丁二钠药物名称:二巯丁二钠英文名:Sodium Dimercaptosuccinate别名: 二巯丁二钠;二巯琥钠;二巯琥珀酸钠;二巯基丁二酸钠 ,二巯基丁二钠外文名:Sodium Dimercaptosuccinate 适应症: 作用大致同二巯基丙醇,对酒石酸锑钾的解毒效力较之强10倍,而且毒性较小。从血液中消失快,4小时排出80%。用于治疗锑、铅、汞、砷的中毒(治疗汞中毒的效果不如二巯丙磺钠)及预防镉、钴、镍中毒,对肝豆状核变性病有驱铜及减轻症状的效果。 用量用法: 1.肌肉注射:每次0.5g,1日2次,防止疼痛可加2%普鲁卡因2ml(先作皮试)。 2.缓慢静脉注射(不宜静滴):(1)用于急性中毒(如锑剂引起的心律紊乱),首次2g,以注射用水10~20ml稀释后注射,以后每次1g,每小时1次,共4~5次;(2)用于亚急性中毒,每次1g,每日2~3次,共用3~5日;(3)用于慢性中毒,每次1g,每日1次,1疗程5~7日,可间断用2~3疗程。 注意事项: 1.可有口臭、头痛、恶心、乏力、四肢酸痛等反应,注射速度越快反应越重,但可于数小时内自行消失。 2.粉剂溶解后立即使用,水溶液不稳定,不可久置,也不可加热。正常者为无色或微红色,如呈土黄色或混浊,则不可用。 规格: 注射用二巯基丁二酸钠:每支0.5g、1g。 类别:解毒药
