磷酸肌酸分子式:CAS号:性质:又称肌酸磷酸,肌酸N-磷酸。通常以水合肌酸为原料用化学方法制得。在1mol/L盐酸中100℃,1min就全部水解。从乙醇水中析出的磷酸肌酸二钠盐(C4H6N3O4PNa2)化学上较稳定。Pk1 2.7;pK24.58。它属于氮磷键型中的胍基高能磷酸化合物之一。是重要的磷酸原(phosphagen),即磷酸贮存库式物质之一。腺苷三磷酸(ATP)虽然在提供生物能方面起重要作用,但它并非是化学能的贮存库,仅仅是携带或传递者。起贮存能量作用的物质在脊椎动物或某些非脊椎动物中主要是依靠磷酸肌酸。当ATP浓度高时,肌酸就通过酶的催化,直接接受ATP的高能磷酸基团形成磷酸肌酸;反之,磷酸肌酸又将高能磷酸基团转移至腺苷二磷酸(ADP)或ATP。它只能通过这一惟一途径转移其磷酸基团,因此它是ATP高能磷酸基团的贮存库。对于骨骼肌运动具有特殊意义。它可以在几分钟内保证肌肉收缩所需的化学能,当然在乎滑肌、神经细胞内都存在。它在向ADP转移磷酸基过程中起催化反应的是磷酸肌酸激酶(Creatine kinase,EC2、7、3、2.),在生化研究中该品主要用作该酶的底物。
