分枝杆菌分枝杆菌mycobacterium 一类细长略弯曲的杆菌,因有分枝生长的趋势而得名。本菌的主要特点是细胞壁含大量脂质,这与其染色性、抵抗力、致病性等密切相关。一般不易着色,若经加温或因延长染色时间而着色后能抵抗强脱色剂盐酸酒精的脱色,故又名抗酸杆菌。该菌属无鞭毛、无芽胞、无荚膜、不产生外毒素或内毒素,其致病性与菌体成分有关。引起的疾病都呈慢性并伴有肉芽肿。分枝杆菌种类较多,可分为结核分枝杆菌、非结核分枝杆菌与麻风分枝杆菌3类。
