金黄色葡萄球菌分子式:CAS号:性质:一种常见的病原菌。葡萄球菌属(Stapylococcus)的种。直径约1μm。乌革兰氏阳性球菌,呈葡萄状排列。无芽孢,无鞭毛,不能运动。是兼性厌氧菌。生长温度范围在6.6~47℃,最适生长温度为35~37℃,最低生长pH值为4.8,在缺氧条件下,为5.5。在60℃下30min即可杀死。通常产生黄色或橙色色素。凝固酶阳性。人和动物的皮肤损伤后感染此菌,可引起化脓性炎症—脓胞疮。人食用被此菌污染的食品,摄入1μg即可引起毒素型食物中毒。腌肉、牛乳、鸡、蛋和含有淀粉的食品是常见的易污染此菌的食物。中毒潜伏期为1~7h,有呕吐、恶心和腹泻等急性胃肠炎症状。破坏食品中存在的此种毒素,必须加热至100℃并持续2h。
