混合发酵分子式:CAS号:性质:又称混合发酵。指采用两种或多种微生物的协同作用共同完成某发酵过程的一种新型发酵技术。是纯种发酵技术的新发展,也是一种不需要进行复杂的DNA体外重组却可取得类似效果的新型发酵技术。优点是可提高发酵效率甚至可形成新产品。根据生物间的结合方式,可分如下四型。(1)联合发酵:用两种或多种微生物同时接种和培养,例如我国发明的维生素C生产中山梨糖转化为二酮基古龙酸过程中的混菌发酵。(2)顺序发酵:先用甲菌进行常规发酵,再由乙菌等按顺序进行发酵,以共同完成数个生化反应,例如少根根霉(Rhizopus arhizus)先把葡萄糖转化为反丁烯二酸,然后再由产气肠杆菌(Enterococcus aerogenes)或普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulgaris)将它还原为发酵产物琥珀酸。(3)共固定化细胞混菌发酵:把两种或多种微生物细胞同时包埋或吸附于同一载体上而进行的混菌发酵,例如黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)和运动发酵单胞菌(Zymomonas mobilis)共同把淀粉转化为酒精等;(4)混合固定化细胞混菌发酵:将两种或多种微生物细胞分别固定化后,再把它们混在一起进行混菌发酵。
